In the past I have had a positive view of Tenerbril and have used their products with pretty good luck. But my mind is changing. Tennebril advertised a package which was supposed to be a how-to on web design. I decided to try it and I purchased it online. I was supposed to be able to download the product, but no web or FTP address was ever sent for that and what instructions I got came from something called "digitalriver" and did not make sense and did not contain any address either. The original order number I was sent by Tennebril did not match the parameters in the later instructions and no password was ever sent. I have tried to contact support seveeral times with no luck. They just send a stupid auto response that puts me in a circle.

All I have got is a big circular runaround instead of either the product or a refund of my money. It has been weeks and I feel like a dog chasing its tail! It is not a lot of money for me to lose, but I hate to get taken and I am sure o
